3. User Obligations

4.1 Client-Owned Content

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom-developed solutions as specified in project contracts. WazirWin Solutions retains the right to use generic code libraries and frameworks.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business. This obligation survives termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

WazirWin Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services' performance, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in project agreements. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Access to services will be revoked
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
• Client data will be returned or destroyed as requested

11. Modifications to Terms

WazirWin Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
